| Several members of our garden club recently decorated a tree for the LARC (Litchfield County Association for Retarded Citizens, Inc.) Festival of Trees with this year's theme of birds and bird-related items. All of the decorations were donated by our members and Ronnie Lockwood strung popcorn and cranberries to put on the branches. The tree was was auctioned off for $235 with the proceeds used to fund LARC's programs and activities throughout the year. . |
